Kelley AbellKelly Abell - Project Manager

Kelley Abell brings to WNT experience in the arts non-profit sector and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in her own work and the organizations she supports. A performer turned educator-facilitator, she has a vested interest in creative problem-solving, using dialogue as a process to create and sustain meaningful change, and asset-based thinking. With graduate research in disability studies and experience facilitating person-centered groups for folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities, she understands both the critical need and the real-world challenges of moving toward equity in the nonprofit sector. The more she learns, the more she trusts the collective wisdom of groups to create and maintain interpersonal, cultural, and systemic change. In her free time, you might find her improvising a song about her perfect angel dog, pulling weeds that have once again returned to her garden, or pursuing an ambitious bake beyond her level of experience. She feels fortunate for so many things, not the least of which is getting to work with tremendous colleagues and clients at WNT.
